I ordered a dress on 12/29 to wear to my brother's 2/17 wedding. It came but didn't have the belt that was supposed to be with it. I called customer service and was informed they could not just ship the belt. I had to return the dress and exchange it. I finally got the dress back today 2/7. 8 days before I have to leave for wedding and once again it came without the belt. I called customer service and their recommendation was to order the dress a third time, pay for it and then return the other one. I found a belt on another site and suggested they split the $20 cost with me. I am disabled and I can't get out to regular stores to shop. They would only give me $5 after all I have been through with them. I was totally disgusted. I strongly recommend that NO ONE ever BUY from Blair.
