I have ordered clothing from Blair for years and am nearly always pleased. The problem is with their credit department. I had a phantom $67 charge come up on my account, which had been dormant for a couple of years. It took over a dozen phone calls, four letters and a fax to finally get the charge removed. In all, it was 6 months to straighten out their one mistake. The customer service folks are very limited in their English and were unable to help. It was a very difficult process to even reach someone who could understand my problem. I may order from Blair again, but I closed my Blair charge and will never use it again!
