I have been a satisfied customer for years but am alarmed now. An order placed two weeks ago is still in the "processing" status and the customer service telephone lines are being met with an automated response that informs "due to heavy volume call back later". When I did get a live person on the line a few days ago I was told that the "shipping department is backed up" and that a delivery date could not be determined. I do notice that I am continuing to receive email and catalog solicitation to purchase Blair products. It is apparent that orders being placed now are in jeopardy of very delayed arrival if they ever arrive. I would not recommend purchasing from this company at this time.
I agree 100%. I received an item that was too small and sent it back for an exchange. To date I have NOT received my item, nor can I get through to a "person" to talk with.
