    NO communications regarding difficulties, Poor quality merchandise, Orders not being processed or shipped, ZERO customer service!, Worst online company ever!

I placed two orders from Blair.com the day after Thanksgiving and was PROMISED they would arrive in time for Christmas.  They billed my credit card and it is not 01/05/2008 and I have received one item out of $500.00 I spent with them.  The one item is far from what they described and when you call their 1-800-821-5744 customer service number, you get a recording saying they are "experiencing a high call volume and are unable to handle your call at this time, please try again later."  I have tried for three and a half weeks - hundreds of times - day, night, mid day, middle of the night.  It doesn't matter.  They screwed people royally just before Christmas, took the money and ran as far away as they could. 

 I am going to have to file a chargeback with my bank to recover my money, as they will not provide a RA number for the one item that was received and will not return written or audio communication. 

 They are the biggest internet nightmare that exists...STAY CLEAR OF BLAIR.COM!

Wow, is that ever true.

No offer to put you on hold. What's with that???? Also, I returned two items I had paid for with my debit card. Tracked the return. They got it on 12/29, it's now 1/14 and still no refund, BUT... they have gone in and put a hold on my debit card for the shipping. When I finally got through on the 800 number they saw no problem with that. Why can't they just refund me minus the shipping and move on. Clothes are poor quality, sizes are not standardized. Never again Blair!

I'm so sorry you had a problem with them. I have been ordering from them for years but have learned a long time ago not to wait until after Thanksgiving to order Christmas gifts as they do seem to have a terrible out-of-stock problem. $500! I didn't know it was possible to order that much from Blair as their stuff is usually on sale when I get it. If you have an e-mail for them, maybe you should share this review with them. Sometimes one review is worth a thousand phone calls. Good luck!
