I placed two orders from Blair.com the day after Thanksgiving and was PROMISED they would arrive in time for Christmas. They billed my credit card and it is not 01/05/2008 and I have received one item out of $500.00 I spent with them. The one item is far from what they described and when you call their 1-800-821-5744 customer service number, you get a recording saying they are "experiencing a high call volume and are unable to handle your call at this time, please try again later." I have tried for three and a half weeks - hundreds of times - day, night, mid day, middle of the night. It doesn't matter. They screwed people royally just before Christmas, took the money and ran as far away as they could.
I am going to have to file a chargeback with my bank to recover my money, as they will not provide a RA number for the one item that was received and will not return written or audio communication.
They are the biggest internet nightmare that exists...STAY CLEAR OF BLAIR.COM!
