Orders not being processed or shipped, To long to ship out order, ZERO customer service!

I placed an order on Blair.com 12/8/2008. I called Blair.com on 12/19 -- 9 business days later because the on-line order status hadn't changed to ship yet. After several times not being able to get through I was told that the order had left their warehouse that day. Apparently she lied, I still hadn't recieved it today 12/23 so I called again. This time they told me there was a 'problem' in their warehouse and the order hadn't even shipped. I asked them to cancel the order, The service rep Joyce #4554 said she didn't have the authority to cancel. I was on hold for over an hour insisting the order be cancelled. I finally got an insultingly rude, effeminate, passive aggressive supervisor or manager named Stan who said it was cancelled. I asked him for a comfirmation number but he couldn't provide one. It remains to be seen if the order is actually cancelled or not. Blair.com sucks and so does their customer service. Another sub par company headed for bankruptcy next year with poor customer satisfaction and inept management. Don't order from this bogus outfit. They have neither the talent, manpower or training to fullfill orders much less satisfy customers.
