Blair.com appears to provide value but if you look closer the quality of the items is often low and details such as fabric type are sometimes left off.

For example you if you order an item such as a pair of pants that turn out to be polyester when you were expecting a blend don't be surprised. After the second time this happened I started calling all my orders in. But the telephone reps often don't have more information than the online catalog. Additionally their sizes are confusing and wrong. Often an item like a shirt is sized s, m, xl, 2xl and you can't figure out what the "Blair size" corresponds to in the real world.

Returns are a complete disaster. Whether purposely or not they "lose" track of packages. From personal experience, they include a return shipping label (which you are charged for if you use it but it is convenient), they charged me for the return shipping of the goods but did not credit the return. I called multiple times and they denied that they received my return and then denied that they charged my card for the return shipping. Wow, feel like I'm in the twilight zone. Additionally, their reps don't seem to take notes. So every time you call they invite you to repeat the issue. After spending time getting the runaround I had no choice but to start a dispute with my bank.

This merchant is not worth the trouble. There are better places to buy from.
