Blair.com has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced!

Be very careful with this online company.  If you deal with them be prepared to get Terrible Awful Lousy Atrocious Bad Horrible customer service!

Ordered on December 5th and it took 12 days until I got an email saying my entire order is on backorder. WHAT?  I call them and all I get is a message saying they're too busy to take my call.  I wouldn't order anything else from this terrible company if someone paid me.  I say let's stop doing business with these disrespecful companies, weed them out and we'll start getting good customer service again from the good companies.  If we continue to trade with lousy companies like Blair we get what we deserve!

Wish I'd read these comments before I got into my own similar Blair muddle with part of order not delivered and money not returned.

Absolutely right!! Blair.com is nothing more than a shear headache. I've filed with rip off report.com as well. They began charging me without authorization $14.95 per month for some bogus program they have called BLAIR REWARDS. When I complained they told me I authorized it. Nonsense is what I say. Who in their right minds would sign up for having their bank account debited for $14.95 per month for nothing. When I originally tried to deal with them their web site went blank during my use. I got a blank screen during process. I had to phone them to continue the transaction. They told me they were having problems with their site. Now they tell me I somehow authorized this bogus charge. What a pure scam this is. DO NOT DEAL WITH BLAIR.COM unless you like to loose your money. And by the way my order was placed on backorder after 3 weeks of waiting only to be cancelled 4 months later. BLAIR.COM is nothing more than pond scum. BEWARE!!!

So it takes five freaking days to get an email answered, but when I finally (AFTER 25 MINUTES HOLDING) got a customer "service" rep, I was told they were already in process and were getting ready to ship. Sorry, nothing they can do about it. Well, there's something I can do - I can tell them where to shove their stupid catalogs, and I can never order anything from them again. I would advise everyone else to do the same.

I ordered several items online (or tried to). Everytime I pressed "Submit" I got a message stating that my order couldn't be processed. So I finally got it to submit - and now I'm being charged for the order three times! I sent an email hoping I could cancel two of the orders, and received a message that they would get back to me in FIVE DAYS! What company takes five days to answer an email? So I'm on the phone (on hold) now trying to cancel two of the orders. Fifteen minutes and holding....and holding...and holding....

I ordered clothing from Blair.com. Since my order was over $50 I was automatically signed up for the Blair Rewards program (1-800-287-7683). I never thought anything about it since I figured they would be offering me some future discounts on additional purchases. Come to find out I was enrolled in a 'for fee' awards program in the tune of $14.95 a month.

I did not notice these Blair RWD charges for 4 months since I do order clothing from Blair.com and I am used to seeing charges on the credit card statement from Blair. When I finally noticed this extra charge it was too late to get any money back for the past 4 months from this 'rewards' club. I called and cancelled my 'membership' but, of course, they blamed me for not cancelling sooner, so no refund would be issued. That leaves me out $60 for an unwanted 'reward' program. Guess who gets the 'reward.'

I also called Blair (1-800-458-6057) and complained about the way they support this scam through their online ordering system. It's an absolute disgrace to their customers.

The above was copied from FTC from another unhappy, ripped-off BLAIR.COM NON MEMBER! But it eloquently states exactly what happened to me. CONSUMER BEWARE AND DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT Order anything from this company!!!

I agree! I like their clothes but get impatient with delivery and now am unable to even order anything. Have seriously considered never ordering again from them!

I agree!!! I really like their product, and their prices, but enough is enough! When they start messing up my orders by continually getting my credit acct.##,s wrong then it is time to stop doing business. They won't even e-mail me back with an explanation or apology. I've had it.

I thought I WAS BEING singled OUT! looks like this is a habit of theirs. You get a lot of "back order" post-cards, or they just plain 'cancel' your order. What gives them the right? I placed an order on-line WITH THEIR OPERATOR, before Christmas. (you can get some sweet deals on clearance, IF THEY decide to send them). I gave her the item #'s and she gave me a total of about $150. more than what I had.I asked why. She asked "which catalog was I using?" I told her I got the prices on-line and had to go over EVERY price with her. Stuff that was on clearance, was apparently full-price in the catalogs. She got my order down to around $44., which was the total I had. Then they canceled EVERYTHING (one at a time), except the 2 items I had paid full-price for. And they didn't arrive until WELL AFTER Christmas! Bummer!~ Let's BOYCOTT!!! See how they 'profit' from that! Solidarity!

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD. BLAIR CHARGES SHIPPING MULTIPLE TIMES!! I FOUND 3 ON MY ACCOUNT! UNAUTHORIZED. RIP OFF.

Same service here! No wonder their phone lines are too busy--"unusually high call volume"--I'm thinking it's the usual. Will have a very disappointed kid this Christmas--only email I've gotten was order confirmation and I sent several with questions--no reply!

I am having a similar problem. I am considering cancelling my order, but as rediculous as it sounds, I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO DO SO!!!
They are "not taking calls" and I e-mailed them yesterday morning. I have YET to hear back from them! I can tell you I will NEVER order from blair.com again!
