Worst Experience Ever - I Cannot Stress This Enough
I placed an order on 11/19. The package sat in their warehouse for 4 days pending shipment as confirmed by UPS. I emailed to see if I could upgrade shipping or otherwise cancel the order as the items hadn't left the warehouse yet and I needed them before thanksgiving. I was told no because they had already shipped, which was false. I called in to see if I could upgrade shipping, which I was willing to pay for. Once again, I was told no. They said they could not alter shipping after the label had been created. I explained that UPS is capable of altering shipping even if the item is in transit as I make this call on behalf of customers in my business all the time. UPS simply needs the shipper to call in and alter the shipping method. They were unwilling to make the call. Instead, they told me to call UPS. I said I would, but that's not how it works. Despite my patience and politeness (I promise), one customer service agent even hung up on me. I will never shop with Blair again. I suggest shopping with a company who cares about their customers.
