Blair.com Review

I ordered 2 robes and 2 pairs of slippers from Blair on Nov. 28th. All items were in stock. It is now Dec. 21st and my order still has not shipped. I've called every day and been on hold for hours. Up until yesterday I was assured that my order would be here in time for Christmas. Now they're telling me it won't be here for Christmas, and they won't cancel my order because it's already in the system. Since I used a debit card, I can't even go out to another store and replace the presents. Thanks to Blair, I won't have presents for my husband and son this year. This is my first and last time ever shopping with this company. They're terrible, and they've completely ruined our Christmas. Don't shop with this company!
