The Blackberry Tour is a phone with more options than there is time to explore! The calendar, the email, the TV, the Facebook link all get regular use. I sometimes forget that it actually can be used for placing calls too! It is very easy to customize the set up of the phone so that the menu items that are of most importance to you are the quickest to reach. Pictures with the camera are crisp and sharp. The video camera is very handy to have, especially with children. (My child loves to mug for the camera). I also really love having Facebook so close at hand that I can check status...

I love this device - sleek, great camera, better web browsing. I am on my third device - the privious 2 had trackball problems. From what I read on BB forums it's a common problem for Tour. After I installed a few application (nothing major: Facebook, Twitter, Weather, Google maps) I noticed the significant slow-down. I have to reboot it like once a week. My previous device 8830 didnt have this problem.
But still, a bad blackberry is better than good iPhone. Just my 2 cents
I'm one of those people who isn't very good at figuring out phones. The blackberry tour is a great phone very easy to use. A lot easyier to use than my old blackberry. Also the camera is great. Takes wonderful pictures for a camera phone. Also you can use word documents on it so if you can't get to your office or need to finish a paper for class the tour allows you to do it. I recomend this phone to anyone looking for a new phone.
