When this phone hit the shelves, it was all the rage! I remember running to the store just so that I could have a touch screen phone with cool apps! I loved it, except that Blackberry didn't have contracts with certain vendors and prevented the viewing on a few websites I wanted to access. YouTube videos were one of the sites a Blackberry wasn't compatible with. But, if you used this phone for business related things, then this phone was the way to go. I loved the calendar. Even the contact info sync'd so well into the calendar it was amzing and really simple to use. Battery Life Because you couldn't really use this phone to download high tech apps or browse the web without running into an issue, the batter life was amazing. Display/Screen Quality The screen on this phone was extremely large compared to other prior Blackberry models and it was very clear. Colors were portrayed bright and true. Emails and texts appeared large and highly visable. Call Quality Every now and again I would drop a call. Not sure if that was something to do witht he design of the phone however, but calls always came through very clear. Ease of Use Except for browsing and using the internet, this phone was great! Durability The Blackberry was built to last structurly and survived many falls. As long as you used the screen protectors, which never seemed to go on perfect for me, then the screen remained scratch free and like new. Design I really liked this phone. I was surprised when they came out with the Storm 2 becuase there really wasn't much of a difference in design. this phone had a good solid weight and fit snug in the palm of your hand.

I was very impressed with my Blackberry Storm, until it started having issues. I love the weight of the phone, it doesn't feel like a toy, like a lot of the phones on the market. I ended up giving up on Blackberry, out of frustration, because this phone kept freezing.

It looks great, people believe you are a person of serious business with this phone. But between the fact that it freezes and the touch screen sometimes doesn't work properly, it a headache at times. i have to restart the device every other day.  if you want a phone that looks good than this is it but be prepared for some problems at hand.

OK....GREAT concept. Functionality is awesome. But the blackberry curse of the dreaded timer in the middle while freezing is killing me. It freezes more than any other blackberry i have had. My phone has actually made other people who see me struggle with it deter from buying it. Im a faithful blackberry user so eventually i will upgrade to the Blackberry Storm 2. Hope that one is better

This was my first 'big girl' phone. I loved it, hated it, and have settled upon liking it. Internet is slow, entering text is obnoxious, but I still prefer it to not having a phone with internet access. It's weirdly connected to my facebook and has been able to accurately match phonebook contacts to facebook friends photos...without me telling it to. To clarify, my friends in my phonebook are often listed under completely different names than they are listed under on facebook and somehow my phone correctly linked almost all of them... creeeepyyyy. Camera is awesome. I have the Pandora app and the TFLN app, both work well.

I recieved the blackberry storm as a gift for Christmas, and it has just been WONDERFUL!!!!  It was really easy for me to learn to use, and it was really easy to find things on it too.  I also found a relaly neat hard plastic cover to go over the outside, which I know is hard to find for some cell phones.  The touch screen is really convienient, unless you just have REALLY REALLY fat fingers, and then you may end up hitting more than one key at a time when you are trying to text message someone.  I overall have been very please with it, and I know that it probably depends on your provider, but my blackeberry storm came with a LOT of applications that are both fun and convienient for day to day activities.  There are many different things that are handy about this phone...one of my favorites being that I can check all my email accounts, and have the emails sent directly to my phone.  I also recieve TONS of msgs, and it is VERY easy to forward them on this phone...everything about it is wonderful really!

I Bought the Blackberry Storm and fell in love with the features. Email, text,camera. and so much more. the only thing is the phone freezes alot i dont know if its a faulty phone but we are calling verizon to find out.

while this phone has many options such as internet usage..checking emails...facebook..ect...this phone frequently locks up..meaning at times it won't let you answer the phone..programs with in the phone won't work....calls are just ended...for the money you pay, it was not worth it...room for lots of improvements...my husband went through 4 phones and finally got a storm 2 which is slightly better...i am on my second blackberry and lately this one has been acting up
