Most HelpfulI have owned this phone for about 3 months now. So far I am incredibly impressed with this brilliant phone.
Real time email, easy web browsing, smallest blackberry on the market. My few gripes include the memory management issues, sometimes I will lose my call log completely if my memory is getting full....

Most HelpfulHmmmm, where to start with this thing.....I love it and the best part about mine, I won it. I worked for T-Mobile for over 3 years and I am glad I did when it was launched. I got to go to a Blackberry celebration! Ok, sorry to make you jealous, now to the review. I just recently did a handset exchange on mine due to the common trackball not going up. I am glad that T-Mobile took care of me and I set up the new one already.
This device is so cool. You may not be able to take videos with it, but you can store them on your BB. It will hold movies on there and Handango.com does have a conversion software....
I've owned a couple of Blackberrys in the past, and while I've always loved the always-on e-mail and web browsing capabilities, I was never crazy about the bulky form-factor. Anyone who has a "regular" Blackberry knows what I'm talking about... not too fun to carry around in your pocket.
With the Pearl, at last we have a Blackberry that looks and feels like an actual phone! Same great push e-mail and phone features, in a much smaller, sleeker form-factor. To achieve the reduction in size, a predictive text keyboard is used instead of a full keyboard like in other Blackberrys. Unlike a normal...
review »I used a Razr flip phone for about 3 years before I purchased by BlackBerry. What a breath of fresh air!
There are so many great features on this phone. It does take a few days to get used to navigating the menus and typing on the miniature QWERTY keyboard. Once you get the hang of those things it is very user friendly with great user guides that tell you how to access different features, apply settings, download new ringers, surf the net, etc. (so you don't have to carry the instruction booklet around).
This is my first experience with a phone that navigates with trackball and it is so nice,...
review »I love this phone. I can access my personal and business email from anywhere. I can access the internet and play games if I want. It's just the right size, not too big, not too small. I have a good battery life. With normal use, I only charge it about twice a week, sometimes only once per week. The bluetooth voice dial is great. You speak a command. For instance "call mom", it's just like those automated calls where you say what you want. It have never gotten it wrong, amazing! The ring volume could stand a boost, you will want to add your own loud ringtone, as the preloaded ones are cool; they...
review »So this was my very 1st Blackberry and instantly I was in love! Because I work from home sometimes, I was able to still receive my e-mails without being attached to my laptop. Even when I'm in the office & I need to be away from my desk but I'm waiting on an important e-mail, I can venture off & still stay on top of things. I love the fact that I could sync this phone with my Microsoft Outlook so even if something happened to my phone, I still had all of my contacts on my computer or vice versa. The only thing that I didn't really like about it was the keyboard. I would've preferred a full QWERTY...
review »I am reviewing the Blackberry cell phone. I ve been using it for 10 months now. I use it for work to talk to clients and to check my outlook emails while away from my desk. I also use it for personal use to go on the internet, use google maps and facebook. It is a pretty good phone, not as good as the IPHONE of course, but has the same basic functionalities.
