It was an awesome smart phone, but some texting issues

The Pearl was an amazing phone. I am a email addict and blackberry addict. It definitely helped me be more organized and more up-to date with my email. It had great experience from a call quality perspective. The keyboard was a little hard to get use to, but once I used it for 2 days, I couldn't change back. Really Loved it.
The only problem I had was with texting. I went 2 days w/o receiving texts and Cingular said that it wasn't anything they could do. It had to do with some incompatibility w/ Blackberry Service and Cingular when it came to data exchange.

Since I couldn't have a disconnect in between texts, I went with a Cingular Sync. Don't get me started with that phone. I should have stayed with the Blackberry Pearl - I had the Crimson one, looked awesome because everyone else had the black one.
