Blackberry - Pearl 8130 Cell Phone Review

My Blackberry Pearl has become indispensible in my every day life. It has the everyday phone functions of placing and receiving phone calls, local, national and international. I have voice mail, caller id, call waiting, three way calling, and speakerphone, which are standard features.  My calendar keeps my daily schedule as well as my appointments and my families appointments.  My phone numbers, e mail addresses, street addresses, work addresses and phone numbers, birthdays and web sites are kept in my contacts.  Not only do I have GPS, but I also have a street map application, so I seldom lose my way any more, plus it checks the traffic on the chosen route.  I can send and receive e mails from my computer email address as well as my Blackberry E mail address.The blackberry pearl downloads my favorite songs and acts like an MP3 player. The phone has a camera with a flash to take those pictures that happen when you usually don't have access to a camera. It also has a video camera for the same.  I can also send and recieve pictures and videos, which helps when you live far from family and friends. I have plenty of memory because the phone allows you to use a memory card. The internet has become indispensible to me in every day life.  I don't approve of using the TV like a babysitter, but the TV in the phone has become useful when I am out and want the kids to be quiet, yet keep them entertained. Best of all, all the info on my phone is downloaded to my computer and saved in case the phone is lost, stolen or broken.The Blackberry Pearl also has a memo pad and task application. The phone only has one fault that I have to comment on. The pearl button can become a little testy at times if it is roughly used.  On the whole My Blackberry phone is great!
