I always wanted a Blackberry. I have one now and I have to say that there are many features that I don't use. I am a busy person but unless you have a use for staying connected with business I would say that this phone is overhyped. It has a very poor quality construction. It is made of very cheap plastic that gets scratched if you just look at it. It is lightweight, I'll give it that. Overall it has some really cool features and applications but I just don't have a need to use it to the full. I do like the fact that it is kind of a lot of gadgets all rolled up in a little package. It has a great camera and MP3 player with the ability for lots of storage space. I think I get mostly frustrated with the lack of web ability. I don't know if it is just T-Mobile's service or if it is the inability of the phone to take care of online business as needed but I get so frustrated I want to throw it sometimes! I got this phone because we use the Hot Spot @ Home feature because we live in a dead spot for service and this was one of the few phones that were compatible with the service. Overall it's a great phone but if you have to pay a lot of money for it, I would do my homework and buy a Palm or an iPhone.
