Dual-line support would make this phone a superhero.

not rich, Every day computer user, reliant on my phone
Pros

    Great speakerphone and modem capability, Does it all, Easy to use, Overseas access is Fab!

Cons
    A bit akward to hold to your ear, Media player does not support much video

A great PDA overall - quick loading, great functionality.  Only drawback is the lack of hard-wired memory (those memory chips are really expensive), and the poor functioning video support in the media player.

 The screen is the best I have seen besides the IPhone...but with the verizon rebate it is quite a lot cheaper.
