The Blackberry 8830 is phenomenal when it works properly! The features that it offers I think puts it above the other smartphones. However, one could experience some aggravating glitches at times; such as the trackball not registering the downward action when you have a lot of messages or e-mails stored. A good way to remedy this is to keep up with your regular discarding routine for all your different message types.
