Black and Decker Toaster Oven - Classic Toast-R-Oven — 

The outside casing gets too hot to touch, even in the time it takes to make toast. A shelf a foot above the toaster also got uncomfortably warm. This is dangerous and all that heat loss is probably not very energy efficient. The rack does not slide easily enough, I had to remove the toast with tongs. Toast took a long time, and did not brown nicely. It does nothing right. If you want to bake, it broils and bakes at the same time. Burns food needed to bake only. Waste of money. so if your thinking about buying one your better off spending a little more money to get a Toaster oven that will work.

Thanks for the warning. I read lots of complaints about Black & Decker appliances. They are apparently lower quality with a familiar name slapped on the outside.
