I think that a hand mixer is an easy clean up item. I use this gadget every time I bake anything.  It saves a lot of room, for other gadgets, and come handy when you don't have enough room for a big mixer while cooking.  I feel that every household should have this gadget, because it has save space for me and it is an easy clean up item.

This hand mixer is easy to use and clean!!! Use it to mix ingredients for cookie batter or pie crust.. less time and water to clean than using a blender or food processor
