Reviews say that the 31115's performance belies its low price. It offers much more than you'd expect: a broiler function, automatic shutoff, 4-slice capacity, and a 2-year warranty. Reviews say that it does a particularly good job with frozen foods. As with many toaster ovens, making perfect toast requires some trial-and-error. Some owners find the ticking timer a little irritating, and the timer can only be set for 15 minutes. But if you don't plan on much besides heating frozen chicken nuggets and pizza, the no-frills Proctor Silex toaster oven has a good track record so far.The Toasty is a hit with owners posting reviews to Amazon.com, who say it does the basics well including toasting bread, heating frozen pizza and warming leftovers, but it's not meant for much more than that. There's no broil function, no thermostat and just a 15-minute timer.
