I got this item brand new and it worked nice as expected,instructions where clear and well explained,the motor worked consistently using different coffee beans and seeds ,many uses,cleans incredibly easy looks to have a nice modern design and well thought engineering,with a great price for the money.Love the item overall,the surface of the grinder also seems to repel dirt and clean easily in the  outside also.Recommend this item to anyone,specially a coffee lover.The sound that it maked is very acceptable,the speed the motor attains is fine,and works in a consistant  manner.Nice item.
