Black & Decker Handy Steamer & Rice Cooker — 

I enjoyed the black and decker steamer it was my very first, I discovered that this model had many great things you do with it besides steam veggies and make rice ! you can also make cous-cous and all sorts of other side or main dishes in it and the timer on the side was most wonderfull!
