The Pest Repeller did not repel much actually it attracted more electricty then it repelled roaches. I purchased model EW406-5P also known as BLACK & DECKER E.P.R. kit for total home coverage with extra outlet and built in night light. After purchasing this item at about five dollars per unit, i was excited to plug them into my apartment. The unit is discreet, at first glance appears to be an air freshener. I placed the units in rooms like the kitchen and bathroom as directed. The unit states that its supposed to drive the roaches, mice, spiders and other pests away with ultra sonic waves. It states to plug the units in and allow two weeks to see a difference. I detail cleaned the apartment including the walls, in-order to ensure the best results. The results were shocking when i found the roaches crawling acrossed the unit itself. I noticed that there have been maybe a 5% decrease in the roaches since the units been plugged in, however that is not nearly enough for this consumer.. The unit is headed back to the store for this shopper..
