This is a true "must have" for any homeowner. Certainly B&D was thinking when they designed this pressure washer. Extremely versatile and can do a pressure washing job almost as good if not better than the large units. Used this for countless jobs, small walkways to large pool decks and cages. I've even been able to carry it up on the roof to do my chimney top. Only about 2ft tall, it sports an easy carry handle and stores in any corner. It has a 20ft electric cord. It has a very nice trigger that adjusts the spray from sweep to pointpoing with just a twist. It's exceptionaly easy to press and hold. There are multiple special job attachments included. It has a running shut-off. The only CON is that it can leak where the garden hose attaches to the unit and can't wrap cord around unit. Price reasonable. Buy this & save yourself money on the hiring the job.
