When you have a swarm in your yard this stuff is fantastic!

Black Flag Hornet, Wasp, Yellow Jacket and Scorpion Killer —

I love the outdoors but unfortunately I am severely allergic to all bee stings and that is something I don't wish on anybody. I am however fortunate enough to know where to keep clear of and how to protect myself from stings. Black Flag has been a literal Life Saver for me as it takes care of the Hornets, Bees, Yellow Jackets, Wasps and even Spiders in and around my yard.

Armed with a can I make my rounds every spring to knock out nests all over my yard and around my out buildings and garage. With a spray reach of 16 feet off the ground there is no where they can hide from me. I find nests in my garage, on the eves of my storage buildings and around the pool. They also love to build under the deck around the pool and by both doors to the house. I also get a lot of spiders and here we have the Brown Recluse Spider and a bite from it can send you to the hospital in a hurry.

I go through probably 4 to 6 cans of this a season here in Kansas but it is worth the money I spend to be able to enjoy my large yard. I know I praise generics but I have not found any that have the killing power of Black Flag. Since I am Allergic so bad I really don't want to experiment with any generic sprays either. If anyone knows of an alternative that works I would probably try it as long as I knew it worked.

I had the misfortune of getting stung last year by a bumble bee and almost ended up in the hospital from it. I rushed in the house and took 2 Benedryl and laid down until my heart stopped racing while my daughter ran around all frantic about my condition. I called the Dr. and went through all the symptoms and he told me if I did not calm down in 30 minutes to get to the hospital. Lucky for me the Benedryl did their thing and in 15 minutes I still hurt but my heart rate went way down and I was breathing better.

If you have any of those nasty stinging critters in your yard then Black Flag can give you some peace of mind and allow you to enjoy your yard as you should be able too. If your allergic like me then it is a definite must to have around your house. It will also take care of spiders so it is an all around great product and I won't be without it.

get some peppermint oil, mix with water and spray your basement...Spiders taste with the bottom of their legs (feet area) and they hate mint.

This stuff really does work. We had a hornets nest outside of our place and they were getting in one of our bedrooms...used it where they were coming in and closed off the room after that so my old dogs would stop trying to get the hornets. This was the trick that helped...So glad I never had to deal with Scorpions...ewwww!
