Black & Decker Programmable Digital Food Steamer & Rice Cooker Reviews

I have repeatedly used this product hoping for better results each time.  I called the manufacturer and was told to rinse the rice before placing in the cooker and to use less water than the recommended amount.  Tried that too with the same results.  The lid has a small hole out of which blasts the sticky rice water, coating everything in, on or around the counter the cooker is sittting on.  What a mess!!  The rice comes out either very sticky and clumped together or mushy.  I've never gotten fluffy rice with this cooker.  As a steamer for vegetables, fish,… read full review »
