So here's the deal. We bought this handy little chopper because I like my veggies microscopic in soups and I'm tired of lopping off parts of my fingers to get them the appropriate size. So we went to wal-mart and picked up the cheapest one (not the brightest idea, but hey, I'm a college student) and came home and I love it. For about a day. It worked great. It's not the largest size but it'll dice just about everything and the pulse feature works great. I put it in the dishwasher as the instructions allow and the next day I have a big crack down the side. I didn't feel right taking it back since...
