I went searching for a handheld vacuum cleaner to use near my back door where my dog comes in and out to go to the bathroom throughout the day. With it being rainy here a lot in the afternoon his paws get muddy very quickly, and that ends up all over the floor near the back door. I hated dragging out the broom or larger vacuum I have just to clean up such a small are on a constant basis. This handheld works wonders for this purpose. It holds a charge for a days at a time with no suction loss. It picks up chunks up mud and loose dog hair and dirt with ease. I also use it for quick cleanup on the furniture if my daughter gets crumbs on the couch from an afternoon snack. Another great thing about this handheld vacuum is the charging base came with mounting hardware so that it could be mounted on the wall. It is also a dual voltage vacuum which means if we get stationed overseas I will not have to get another vacuum, I will be able to use this wherever we get stationed. It is lightweight and easy to clean out once it is full. I also got mine for a great price. Overall would buy again and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a handheld vacuum,

We have had Black and Decker dustbusters in the past and been satisfied. We thought the newer models would be new and improved. It seemed perfect for my handicapped son to use in his room for quick cleanup of dry spills. This model doesn't pick up very well, skips over large and very small crumbs. It does not have a very long battery life either. After a normal use of approximately 3 minutes, it needs to be recharged. However, the very worst point about this dustbusters is that it is incredibly loud. When my toddler grandchildren are here, it scares them and they are used to vacuum cleaners and were even wanting to help. It is so annoying and LOUD, that we seldom use it. It is very disappointing.

Last year for Christmas, my husband got me a Black & Decker Dustbuster V3605 Handheld Wet/Dry Vacuum, and I have loved it. It is very simple to use. My three year old daughter just loves to help clean up her messes with this dustbuster. It does take a few hour to charge, but the charge lasts for quite a while. I really enjoy the convinece of this dustbuster. It is so small and efficient, that most of the time, I don't even need to get out my big bulky Dirt Devil Vacuum. I took it on a recent camping trip, and it was a lifesaver in our trailer! I didn't have to worry about all of the dirt and dust that everyone was tracking in. I just vacumed up the mess at night and it did a great job. Emptying the dirt out is very simple also. Just press the button and dump all of the dirt out in the trash! However, I have not tried using it for wet messes yet, so I'm not sure how it does on those messes.
