practical, looking for durability, Despise Yard Work, budget conscious
I can say nothing bad about this lawn mower, other than make sure you don't run over your electrical cord. LOL
This is a no fuss mower. It is light enough to easily get in the trunk to take it in for blade sharpening. Just plug it in and you are ready to mow. It does a great job with mulching, too!
After years and years of gasoline mowers - and all the hassels associated with them (heavy, having to store and add gasoline, change the spark plug, etc), I am so glad to own this mower. …

practical, a green thumb, living in small-town America
My older Craftsman push mower (gas) was on the fritz, so I thought I would move over to electric. Bad choice. My yard is relatively large and has some sloping areas, so I thought electric would be light and easier to work with. But, it also has thick grass and some areas of weeds. And while the electric mower is lighter and quieter, I prefer gas because it's more robust and convenient in a yard the size of mine. Did I also mention that I have a ton of trees as well?…

looking for durability, practical
I have the cordless electric mulching mower and can say that it works very well. Our yard is normal suburban size tract and takes approximately 45 minutes to mow. I can always mow on a full charge, but need to make sure I keep the grass at a manageable height or else the mower requires additional power. I leave it plugged in the garage and mow - works as…

I thought the Black and Decker Cordless Elerdlctrical lawn mower would be the solution to all my mowing problems. No polution, no buying high priced gasoline, no jerking on a cord to start, which I have no strength in my hands from Arthritis, no dragging cord, and no oil to check. It was alittle bit more expensive than the gas mowers, but it would be worth it for the convenience and it's green characteristics. It worked fine for about four mowings. Then, it either wouldn't charge or it wouldn't stay charged. I don't know which. I am not supposed to…

too busy to make beds
This is a ok mower save money on gas with gas being so high, but it does use electric It is hard to use on a big yard and you have to have electric for it. I would use it again and tell someone with a small yard it would be good for them. But with this go green movement it may be better to use a push…

practical, Mr. Fix-it, picking up after pets
This mower is a pile of trash. It would not cut my grass because it was too thick. The motor shorted out and I had to replace it. I would not buy this again. Next time I will buy a gas power engine to mow my lawn. They can cut the thick…

practical, a green thumb
I really like this mover. It takes a bit on time to master moving with a cord but once you have done that the mower is great! I love my electric mower and would never go back. It mowes great, mulches great, and is always very dependable. I have had mine for three years and have had no problem with…
