I enjoy using the programmable coffee maker by Black and Decker. I t can be set up the night before to start brewing that pot of coffee for you before your alarms goes off to get you out of the bed so it I ready when you get up. It is can easily be used to make coffee anytime when you are ready to make that new brewed pot of coffee. I like the digital coffee display because of its quick and ease of use. I like the fact that the coffee maker will shut off automatically so it is a great back up system for you if you forget to shut it off by the many distractions that go on in your household. One of the things that I like about the Black and Decker brand of coffee makers is that compared to the other brands that I have used in the past that are suppose to be comparable in quality and price to them is that this brand seems to last me longer. Brew Performance It brews up your coffee quickly nice and hot. It can measure from 2 cups to 12 cups of coffee. This is great because depending on your situation you can choose to make a small batch or a large batch. Ease of Cleaning The ease of cleaning it is simple. The coffee basket is loaded when you flip the lid up or can be taken out. This is the basic set up to most coffee makers. The glass coffee pot is standard too. The only thing that really needs to be handle a bit on the delicate side is the digital area because you really don't want excess water dripping into the area. Durability the durability is great because it holds up to all of my spills of water and the shifting of it when I am cleaning the counter top.

This is a no frill coffee maker that is very dependable. it gets the job done without all the frills and whistles. Brew Performance Makes an excellent cup of coffee. Ease of Cleaning Easy to rinse out and clean. No complicated parts. Ease of Use Even when you use the programmable portion it is easy to use. Instruction booklet is clean and concise. Design Nice looking. Would be great if there were a lot of color choices. Durability We have had ours forever. Keeps working when others, with more bells and whistles, fall apart.

I recommend this coffee maker. It is great to be able to program the time you want the coffee to start dripping so you can wake up to freshly made coffee whenever you want. The only thing I did not like is that I would like the coffee maker to stay turned on for a longer time period. Brew Performance This coffee maker is very easy to program and to use and It was easy to set the time display. The programing time for the automatic brew is super easy which is great for us because we need to change the brew time about 3 times a week. Ease of Cleaning If coffee grounds accidently get in the water holder it is difficult to clean all the way down to the bottom. I have been running clean water with vineger through it every other week to keep it clean. Durability Make sure you close the top lid ( after you put coffee in filter) before you put the pot on the burner. Otherwise the pot pushes the filter out of place and your coffee runs over.
