What a lovely dining experience!

eating out weekly, interested in cultural experiences, appreciate nice things, organic/natural/fresh, nature lover, 5-star diner, not a fan of chain stores

If you are in the mood for ‘tete a tete' dining, this is the place. The inside of Bistro Campagne is where I love to hide away in the Winter. It is warm, and charming, filled with chaleur and gemeutlichkeit. The outside space even tops that! A sweet, European country garden, tucked away on Lincoln Avenue, is cozy and special. For those of you looking for a great date place, heads-up, you can't go wrong here. You will linger for hours.

I took my wife here for our anniversary because I saw a review on a local cable show called Check Please. It was as good as the review. The place is a cute little bistro on Lincoln Ave in Chicago, cozy when not busy and nice outdoor area. The staff was very nice to us and accommodating. The menu was fine french dining and the food though the portions were not very big which is typical in french dining was good.
