I like that it is easy to change and empty the water. Maneuverability As with any machine it is a straight line operation. But is light weight. Ease of Maintenance It is a little tricky to clean the brushes. Suction Performance It retracts almost all the water and makes drying time alot shorter. Versatility I like that it is light wieght and easy to store. Design It isn't bulky and the wand is very easly to use and store. Durability It cleans my carpet extremely well and my furniture as well. I have had it several years now and use it regularly. If and when it needs to be replaced, I would look for a similar model.
