Bottom Line - I love it and here is my story if you care to read further... I have white linoleum in the kitchen which is where my Labradors come in after playing in the often-times muddy backyard. It is also where I feed my two year old twins who still think it is funny to throw food at each other AND is the main entrance from the garage where we do not have a mudroom. So, we planned to switch to a flooring better suited to the wear that wouldn't show the mess as quickly. Unexpected expenses delayed our plan and this is my $90 solution! I have tried many products to clean my floors. Each one seems practical for a week or so and then becomes more work and doesn't clean as well as I thought. This mop is soooo easy to use and has lived up to my expectations. It leaves no streaks behind, heats up in seconds, and is small enough to store away. There are no chemicals to use, just plain water. The problems I have with this product are minimal. This is a great product! I have fibromyalgia so its difficult for me to scrub floors. This does exactly what it should. You dont have to use chemicals so I dont have to worry about my pets getting sick from anything and no fumes from cleaning. I live in the country and dirty gets tracked into my kitchen constantly. This steam cleaner gets them clean in a breeze. I had to really think hard to find any cons for it. Well worth every penny I spent for it. I LOVE this product. I had seen it on an infomercial and then read some reviews on it. It took me awhile to find it- I think supply was not meeting demand for awhile. Finally bought it on amazon.com. — — I was amazed at how easy this is to use. You simply fill the water tank, plug it in, and it is rady to go in just a few seconds. I can do my entire kitchen and hallway on one tank of water. I feel good abount not using chemicals to clean the floor.
