I never used to mop before buying this steam mop

Pros

    Comes with four covers, Lightweight, Water heats up quickly, Easy to use, Needs no chemicals, Cleans, Buy it

Cons
    Sorry I didn't get it sooner!

Mopping was my husband's chore, I have a bad back and could never mop more than one room without being in pain.  This steam mop helps with bad backs because there is no straining to clean up a stain, mopping is now effortless.  I can do the whole house without back soreness.  I use it on tile, ceramic and laminate and it works great.  At first I didn't understand how it could work without using cleaning chemicals but that thought doesn't cross my mind anymore because it works GREAT!
