Pros

    Cleans, Doesn't feel like drudgery, Lightweight, Portable, Water heats up quickly, Easy to use, Needs no chemicals, It so much cleaner then a wet mop!

    need to change filters

the Bissell steam mop is very good my florr look very clean and it so much nicer then a wet mop no streaks. The only problem is the filter I´m in south america and they are hard to replace. if you don´t change the filter after a while the steam does not work.
