My best Christmas gift in years!  — During the spring and fall my 2 cats make a hobby of "leaving" hairballs and eaten grass only on the carpeted areas of my home.  Paper towels and sponges clean up the mess but there's always a stain left, a small stain but still noticeable.  Hated lugging the steam vacuum out and measuring solution for a stain no bigger than my hand.  So the SpotBot is PERFECT!  I can easily fill the solution holder with any amount I like, plug it in, place it on the stain, push the button and walk away. I come back when it… read full review »

  About four or five months ago I purchased the Bissell Spot Bot for about $110. Although I was a little skeptical about the claims-turn it on automatic, leave it over the spot, and let it run its cycle-I have been very pleased with it. I've owned two predecessor models, the Bissell Little Green Machine and the Little Green Machine Steamer Turbo. They both worked pretty good. The turbo was better because of the "Turbo" brush that came with it and the fact that it also heated the water (although it's not a true steamer-no matter what they say in the name). I bought a Spot Bot because I thought it would be smart to catch the spots before they set in so my new rug looks nice all the time. Right after we bought the Spot bot, we went on a 3 day vacation, and our dog was left at home with a friend coming over and putting her out.  Apparently the friend didn't come enough because the dog used my brand new livingroom carpet as a toilet.  I was shocked, discusted and terribly annoyed with the dog, but there was nothing to do but clean it up.  Since I didn't have a full steam vacuum, I used the spot bot and the manual brush.  It… read full review »

I recently purchased one of these on a "whim" and discovered that I just love the spotbot.  I have a full size steam-cleaner that works well but takes a lot of energy to get out and set up and use if your not cleaning the "whole" rug.  The spotbot really solves this problem when you have a small area or spot that needs cleaned and you don't have the time to drag out the big machine.  It can leave a round circle but this can be blended in if you use the hand held attachment and "blend" it into the rest of the rug.  I have also found that it can get out spots that are… read full review »

We LOVE our Spot Bot!!! It is so easy to use and the stains just disappear. With two dogs we have the occasional puke and pee stain that in the past have just gotten pressed down into the pad. The Spot Bot sucks it all up and leaves the room smelling great. I would never have the patience to sit and spray and suck with a tradition carpet cleaner so the stains never came all the way out. This is something I bought when it first came out, and have been using it constantly since then.  It is awesome for removing all kinds of stains, from fresh to set in.  The best part is you just set it on the stain and walk away to let it do the work.  The hose attachment is great for cleaning stains on furniture, stairs, or those little areas that the spotbot will not fit in.  I have not had any issues with my spotbot in almost three years - it still runs as good as the day I bought it.  I have also found that any carpet cleaner works fine with the spotbot, so you… read full review »

This little contraption is fantastic for cleaning up after boyfriends and pets!  You never know when an accident will happen and with this little gem in the house, you never have to worry about your carpets getting ruined again.  Just pull it out of the closet, toss in some fresh water and cleaning solution, drop on top of the stain/spill and hit start!  It does make a lot of noise and scares the animals and the beeping it employs to let you know when it is done is both helpful and annoying, but overall I don't know what I would do without this little wonder!  If ou… read full review »

This item is amazing for small carpet cleaning jobs.  I suppose you could use it to clean the whole carpet, but it would take a long while.  I found mine on sale and wouldn't trade it!  It does use its fair share of cleaning solution, however, it works wonders on old stains.  As a busy woman going to school full time, working two jobs, taking take of my husband, dog, and two children, life is a little hectic.  For small spills or for those little accidents, I simply pull the spot bot our of the closet and in no time the stain/spill is… read full review »

I love this machine for the quick spill or an oops mess. I make it a point after each clean up to never leave any liquid in either container(for the dirty liquid or for the cleaner side) . I find the liquid will create an odor you can not get out. Whenever I clean a mess with the surface or set in stain I always use the brush to suck up the water ring the machine leaves. Nice product.  Tried putting it on the stain and leaving it to work by itself and it did not remove the stain and then the carpet had a ring on it.  If you use the hose and brush it works alot better.  I only use the hose and brush now.  The cleaner to use in it is kinda pricey but you have to use the cleaner with oxygen in it for it to remove the stains really… read full review »
