    Somewhat difficult to clean the unit, Big and bulky, The roller brush malfunctions

We owned the cleaner for a year. It worked at first and then the gear that holds the brush broke. We went thru 3 belts in 1 year with it. It worked really good for the first few months and then it wouldn't clean as well. Forget about taking it apart and cleaning it, what a hassle.

I had exactly the same problem with my cleaner, it worked great for about six months and then the metal gear on the end of the pump broke making the machine useless as this also drove the brush roller . The machine is a great concept but needs to be built with higher quality and parts.
