Great product......but poor qualityconstruction.

value conscious, looking for durability, a dog owner, health conscious, willing to pay for quality
Pros

    Easy to fill and refill water, Easy to use, Grooms carpet, Wide path, Cleans great

Cons
    Somewhat difficult to clean the unit, The roller brush malfunctions, Line for water/solution gets clogged.

This is a great product and I really like it. The main problem I  have with this product is that the construction is poor.  I have bought 2 of these machines in the last 3 years. I've had them repaired and then eventually had to replace them.
