cheaply made, already had to buy a bladder, now I need a nozzle

Pros

    Lightweight, Do it yourself and save lots of money., Great at actually cleaning the carpet

Cons
    Cleaning solution tank leaks, uses a lot of cleaning solution, Bladder rips easily, Somewhat difficult to clean the unit, Refilling solution can be a bit messy, plastic parts break

I have model #9200. It works OK, but is cheaply made. I only used it a few times and the bladder ripped. I bought a new one, then the plastic hooks on the nozzle broke and the screw that holds it on is stripped. I read reviews before I purchased it. It wasn't rated very good but I bought it anyway. Big mistake! It also leaks and uses a lot of cleaning solution.
