parts shotty, not reliable , no dependability

neat freak, a homeowner, picking up after pets
Pros

    Do it yourself and save lots of money., Cleans vinyl floors also

Cons
    The roller brush malfunctions, plastic parts break, uses a lot of cleaning solution, Refilling solution can be a bit messy, Big and bulky

I purchase this product and I regret ever having done so.  Before the first year was up it was in the shop for motor replacement.  Now it is in the shop again because it just fell apart inside.  Of course Bissell says it was my fault not factory defect.  I will never buy or recommend their products to anyone who is wanting to get their monies worth.
