I have spent a small fortune on vacuums that have always fallen short of my expectations. Regardless of how well I kept previous vacuums maintained, the tubes were constantly being clogged up with the fuzz from the new carpet. I have owned this Bissell Powerforce for a few years now, I must say it has the greatest suction for a small price, really cleans up the dog and cat fur which accumulates very quickly in my home, as we are home to, 1 dog , 3 cats, and several very large aquariums, plus of course us 3 humans. I vacuum every 2 days and the debris cup is usually full every time I finish. I love the fact that the filters are reusable, pretty easy to clean with warm water and mild soap, just be sure the filters are rinsed well and completely dry before reinstalling them. I have tried alot of different vacuums over the years, and this one is by far the best of the lot. It is versatile and lighter than alot of others. It really cleans fast and deep and that is great. Pet hair is a real problem to get with a vacuum but this one makes it look easy. — The only thing you need to worry about is running over something that was dropped and not picked up. I have bought many high priced vacuum cleaners through the years, but once I chanced upon the Bissell Powerforce Bagless...I was hooked!  It  works great and is so easy to use. I love when things work like their supposed to! This vacuum did a great job cleaning up after my two year old..and her chips! Its been awhile since we've worked with anything this powerful so we are very impressed. There are not a lot of "on board" tools, but the couple it does have are easily accesible and work really good. The Bissell Powerforce is a great vacuum, it is lightweight, requires no bags, you just vacuum and empty the cup. I got one of these slightly used, and I love it!
