this product is a wonderful machine. it is easy to use, it cleans amazing well and as far as steaming carpets it is great. It removes deep down stains from pets, sodas, and it leavs a clean smell .  I reccomend this product for all who do not want to spend alot of money renting machines from the grocery store or paying alot to have them cleaned.
