Bissell Healthy Home Vacuum — 

I bought a Healthy Home Bissell less than a year ago.  Then after a few months the vaccum wouldn't turn on -- had to giggle it to get it to start.  The manufacturer sent me a call tag and I had to mail it back to them and they would mail me a new one.  This whole process took about 6-8 weeks without a vaccum.  Which meant I had to do it the old fashion way by sweeping ---- NOT FUN!!!  Now the second vaccum is doing the same thing and it been less than a year since I bought the original one.  I spent over $300 for a product that the company does not stand behind their product.  I really want my money back but they won't do that.  I'd understand if it was 10 years old but it is less than a year since the purchase of the product.  NO I have to take it to a warranty dealer.  (I don't know why they didn't do that the first time.)  I AM VERY UNHAPPY with this product and will NEVER recommend a Bissell product to anyone.
