Pros

nice long cord, can use on carpet and bare floor, cleans up pet hair easily, easy to empty, traps allergens including dust mites, HEPA filter, a button to make the brush spin or not

Bissell Healthy Home Vacuum —

Let me just say I hate to vacuum, mostly because I have two dogs two cats and the biggest mess maker my one year old son. I have had many vacuums all of which I have hated and most of all hated to use. When my last vacuum gave out I started researching vacuums knowing what I did not want in a vacuum I thought the search would be pretty cut and dry. Not that easy vacuums have changed a lot since I last bought one. After about a month of endless research and not vacuuming I had to make up my mind. Reading review on the bissell healthy home I was some what mixed so I went to take a look at one in the store. The vacuum looked nice but then I felt it. Oh my gosh it was heavy!!! So no bissell healthy home for me I guess I would just spend the extra $200 bucks and buy the dyson slim. So I went to my local Home Depot to buy the dyson- so glad I had my husband with me. He really thought I was crazy and said no way are we buying a $450 dollar vacuum when we have no carpet in the house. He made a good point so we bought the bissell healthy home. Please keep in mind I have 2 dogs 2 cats and a one year old and had not vacuumed in a month. From the first moment I turn the bissell on I loved it. It being heavy not a problem it glides effortlessly. The power and suction amazing. The attachment are easy to get to and work great. The cord is about a mile long thank goodness because I live in a old house with outlets in strange places. It is a breeze to empty and reattach to the vacuum. Love it can't say it enough my Mom like st so much she is buying her own.
