I couldn't live without this steam cleaner. I have used this for about a year now on just about everything. We have cleaned our Berber & plush carpets. We have cleaned the furniture and the hardwood & tile floors and have even used it to steam clean our vehicles upholstery and carpeting. It does as good a job or better than the expensive rental units that I tried in the past. We also have 2 dogs & 2 cats and a couple of kids running around making messes and I haven't found anything this Bissel couldn't handle.

I've grown up on it & seen first hand what a great product it is. We washed our matresses to get rid of dust mites with it, vacuumed the carpets, washed the curtains & even washed the carpets. I remember the clean smell in the house after we used it.
What's really great about this product, is that it captures the durt & dust in the water, whereas conventional vacuum cleaners blow the dust & durt back into the air.
