I cannot recommend this product enough, it is a lifesaver! In my household we seem to go through vacuums like candy. We simply just burn them out from over use. I have three dogs therefore I have to vacuum on a daily basis because the hair build up can become quite an issue. If I miss one day it looks like tumble weeds blowing across the kitchen floor. Some vacuums just don't seem to cut it with suction and overall performance and the ones that seem to do a good job also seem to poop out on us after just a short while. I cannot tell you how many vacuums we have gone through over the years. We also sweep the floors intermittently when needed because it is easier then lugging out a big and heavy vacuum. I have a medical condition so carrying those big heavy ones around isn't always possible for me. The bissell versus is good in so many ways! It is light weight making it easy to lug around the house from room to room. I can also take it out on an as needed basis very easily and quickly if need be when company is coming over. I think it is easier then the broom and dust pan. It is easy to clean and easy to store. I am always amazed by its cleaning ability for such a small size vacuum. It leaves my kitchen floors clean, however I do vacuum daily. I like that there are no bristles or brushes attached to the bottom for things to get attached to and stuck on, that grosses me out. My other vacuums create one big hair trap on those bristles between my hair and dogs hair and it ends up being a mess. Without the bristles it sucks up everything freely. I also like the bristle free bottom because I am free to use it in any type of surface without worry of scratches. I have both wood surface and linoleum that I use it on safely and easily without having to change any settings. This little yet powerful vacuum can pack a punch and I have found it to be a lifesaver in my household. I have had it since 2010 and that is simply amazing to me. If and when this thing ever does die on me I most certainly will go out and buy another because I definitely got my money's worth! Maneuverability This small vacuum is very is to maneuver and get around. It is light weight making it easy on the arms, and easy to move up and down. The unique V shaped head can make it easy to get into difficult corners and it turns and pivots very easily and more then most. Ease of Maintenance Not much maintenance involved. Just have to dump out the bucket when it is full, cannot be any simpler. Suction Performance For such a small vacuum I believe this is the best in suction I have ever dealt with. Honestly I think people with no pets or less pets then I might even have a better suction rating than I do. Mine really gets put to work. Versatility Good use on all type of floors whether linoleum or wood. Design The light weight design and especially the v shaped head really help this vacuum stand out from its competition. It allows me to use it upstairs and down easily. I also really love that it does not use bristles on its bottom. This allows me to safely use it on my wood floors, previous vacuums have scratched it making it hard and inconvenient to clean. Durability I have had my vacuum for three years and its still going strong. Considering I have been through many other brands and types in the past I really could not ask for more.
