Healthy Breakfast

By

from Las Vegas, NV

Comments about Bisquick HeartSmart All-Purpose Baking Mix:

I love this new Bisquik baking mix because not only is it healthier than the original version with 0 grams trans fats, but it tastes just as great.  Each serving has only about 140 calories and perfect pancakes and waffles sizzle up in minutes.  After combining the mix with your wet ingredients and a simple stir, you are ready to make heart healthy pancake and waffles.  Each breakfast delight I made came out light, fluffy and flavorful.  I couldn't taste any difference between this and the original Bisquik.  The mix is also very versatile in creating pizza dough, pot pies, and dumplings.  This is just another great way to eat healthy, and you will look forward to waking up in the morning to make a Bisquik breakfast.

I'll have my pancakes with M&M's and All-Spice please

By

Comments about Bisquick HeartSmart All-Purpose Baking Mix:

Bacon, it what's for breakfast in our household almost every Saturday.  And pancakes with M&M's and All-Spice and nutmeg if the mood strikes me; pancakes made with **HeartSmart Bisquick All-Purpose Baking Mix**.

Bisquick is yet another one of the great American brands that was a part of my household growing up.  Back then there was low fat wasn't something American's concerned themselves with, but now...

**HeartSmart Bisquick **is a low fat baking mix with 0 grams of Trans Fat, and no cholesterol.  But the taste is unchanged as is the fluffiness of the resulting pancake; it's all good.  **HeartSmart Bisquick** can also be used to make pizza dough, biscuits, dumplings, and waffles, among other baked goods.  Bottom-line: **HeartSmart Bisquick** is as good as the original, but with half the fat; can't beat that.

**Nutritional Information:**

One serving (1/3 cup) of **HeartSmart Bisquick** contains 140 Calories, 2.5 grams of fat (including 0 grams of saturated fat, and 0 grams of Trans Fat), 0 mg of Cholesterol, 430 mg of Sodium, 27 grams of carbohydrates, 1 grams of dietary fiber, 3 grams of sugar, and 3.0 grams of protein.
