I constantly have people ask me where I get my high fashion clothing. When I tell them that it is at JC Penney, they stare at me like I am speaking another language. For some reason, years and years of budget clothing without much style has branded the minds of most of the people I talk to into thinking that JC Penney is for old ladies or something.

Since introducting the Bisou Bisou line of clothing quite a few years ago now, I have become a very happy customer at JC Penney. I have designed clothing for years because I had a hard time finding high fashion clothing that fit me for a price...
