I brought my wheaten terrier to biscuits & bath for doggie daycare when I started a new job with long hours. Three front desk people gave me wrong information, which the management dismissed as new staff members. I was forced to buy a new membership because my current membership was no longer offered, eventhough I had a membership contract that had not expired.
My dog was not given his medication, which led to a severe infection and he was attacked twice in three days, requiring vet attention.
