Ease of preparation and taste quality are excellent, but package construction is poor. Yesterday, my failure rate in package explosions in my microwave hit 4 out of 5 of the last packages I prepared. Birdseye Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice is a great product for eating healthy when you are low on time.  I love trying to eat healthy, especially when I am cooking at home, so this is a great side dish to any dinner.  This rice has whole grains for extra nutrients and is such an easy product to make.  Just take the bag out of the freezer and place in your microwave for four minutes for the perfect rice dish.  I like adding vegetables to the rice for a great dinner.  Each serving is only 150 calories and low in fat, but really high in flavor.  The flavors are a great mixture of whole grains... read full review »
